Ingredients
- Ice
- A small handful of raspberries
- 2-Parts Top Shelf Pink Gin (pre-mixed)
- 1-Part Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1-Part Sugar syrup
- Soda water
Directions
- Add the raspberries to a shaker with the sugar syrup and muddle together.
- Add the lemon juice and gin and shake thoroughly.
- Add ice to a collins glass and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
- Top up with soda water
