Two world's combine to deliver this deliciously refreshing Lagerita cocktail. The Triple Sec adds a touch of sweet citrus to balance this perfect summer sipper.
Ingredients
- 30mL Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 30mL Top Shelf Tequila (pre-mixed)
- 30mL Top Shelf Triple Sec (pre-mixed)
- 1 x 330mL Bottle of Lager
- Crushed Ice
- Salt & Lime Zest (to garnish)
Directions:
- Rim a glass with salt and lime zest.
- Combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec in a shaker with ice and shake.
- Pour into the glass.
- Pop open the bottle of beer and (with a swift but smooth motion) turn it upside down into the glass so that it doesn’t all come out of the bottle at once.
- Tip: Make sure your glass is big enough!
